CeaLution®F9075 is a very clean unfilled perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) that is transparent in color and very clean with no particle precipitation. It has excellent thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent plasma resistance and excellent (low) compression set properties. It is especially suitable for thin film and etching process, high concentration oxygen or fluorine plasma environment.
