CeaLution^® F7072 is perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) from Jinyuan Semi’s high performance seals product line. It is filled with ultra-pure PTFE. It has high purity, rarely produces particles, excellent thermal stability， and is very suitable for the use of fluorine and oxygen plasma process.
