I Performance and Application
FFKM is composed of TFE (main chain), PMVE (branch chain) and bridging part. It not only has excellent high temperature resistance and chemical gas corrosion resistance like PTFE (it can resist the corrosion of more than 1600 chemicals, such as organic acid, inorganic acid, alkali, ketone, ester and alcohol), but also has the elasticity of rubber. Its compression deformation rate at 300 ℃ is only less than 50%. Perfluorinated rubber also has excellent air tightness (vacuum resistance up to 1.33x10-7-1.33x10-8pa), high cleanliness and ionization resistance. These characteristics are widely used in the semiconductor industry.
